OAH created this online proposal system in 2004 to streamline the process of proposal submission, review, and acceptance. The new system will allow each participant to enter his or her information directly into OAH's database, which will significantly reduce errors introduced as others retype paper titles and names. This system will also allow Program Committee members to access the database, review proposals, and make comments without having to mail boxes of paper from the OAH headquarters.

To begin, click Proposal. The database will walk you through the submission process. If you have questions, check the Help link at the top of each page. You may find it useful to have your abstract, paper title, and other information available in a word processing program on the screen. You will then be able to copy (Control-C) and paste (Control-V) your information directly into the database.
