contact information. Include the address and email that you would like OAH to use when
contacting you about the meeting. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Why is registration necessary?
The registration system requires you to create a unique username and password. This unique
username allows only you to make changes to your paper title, abstract, or biographical
information, which will eliminate errors and missing information.Registration in the
Proposal System also provides OAH with correct contact inforation so
you will receive up-to-date correspondence from Program Committee members and OAH staff.
What information will be available to the public?
The registration form allows you to choose the information that is made available to the public.
You may choose to allow other visitors to see only your name and affiliation, or you may allow
users to also see your biographical statement and email address. Check the boxes only if you
want others to be able to see the information.
What is my "biographical statement"
Your biographical statement should be a restatement of your c.v. in 500 words or less. This
information will be used by the Program Committee. We have included a
sample biographical statement to assist you.
